However, it seems like this company is preparing to start another impressive design trend among all the big names. Based on the latest report, Sony is now working on its first ever rollable Sony Xperia phone.
Firstly, the new smartphone can be the first member of its line – Xperia R! Furthermore, the device new rollable display now has the codename Nautilus Design and reportedly comes from the brand new LG Display panel. In case you didn’t know, the Korean brand demoed a massive 65” rollable OLED TV at CES 2018. As a result, we can believe this screen could be a smaller version of the same tech.
Secondly, the new Sony handset should come running on the new SM7250 chipset. On the other hand, the report also mentions that the Sony device can come in different processors, including the Snapdragon 855 chipset and a Qualcomm X50 5G modem.
